Will Wakeful work on my BlackBerry?

Wakeful BlackBerry alarm has been tested on a large number of BlackBerry devices, running a number of different operating systems. Although it would be impossible to test for every possible scenario, we have found Wakeful to function properly on almost all devices running version BlackBerry's OS version 4.2.1 and higher.

Does Wakeful work in Europe, Asia, and South America?

Yes! Wakeful works virtually anywhere...as long as you're on planet earth, Wakeful should work just fine. Wakeful works by sending you your alarm via WiFi, so as long as you have a signal, you'll be able to receive your alarm. But don't worry if you loose your WiFi, Wakeful has a built-in backup alarm to make sure you still wake up right on time.

Will Wakeful still work if there's a problem with the alarm?

Yes! Don't worry, you won't miss your morning meeting on our account. If your Wakeful BlackBerry alarm fails to load properly, Wakeful has a built-in backup that will sound instead.

Help! Wakeful doesn't recognize my location!

If Wakeful doesn't automatically recognize your location, don't worry. First, make sure you've entered your location with the proper spelling. If Wakefull still doesn't recognize your location, try entering another location very near to you to see if Wakeful picks up this location instead. After this if you're still having trouble, just drop us an email and we'll look into why our location API isn't finding your location.

Help! Wakeful doesn't seem to be working properly!

If Wakeful doesn't seem to be functioning properly on your device, the first step is to ensure that you are running the latest version of the alarm application; if you aren't, upgrade your version of Wakeful to the latest version. If this does not solve your problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

I lost my Wakeful registration key, where can I go to find it?

If you have lost your Wakeful registration key we will usually be able to find it for you quickly and easily. Simply send us an email requesting your registration code and ensure that you include the following in your email: (1) Order Number, (2) Full Name, and (3) Email used when placing your order. Don't worry if you don't have one or two of these pieces of information, as we can usually find your registration code with just one.
